Week 4/52 THE LETTER C

Finding this week terribly difficult but I chose The Letter C only because I took so many for the Flickr page.

Week 3/52 *BLANK* TO NOWHERE

This week I chose the theme *Blank to Nowhere*. I found some perfectly pointless bridges and stairs.

This bridge, plopped at the side of some one's lawn, serves no purpose. There are not even decorations on it, just a bridge doing nothing.

This is also a bridge to nowhere but in the summer they have some plants on it for decoration. During the winter it seems to be home to a duck.
PS - Its mid-January and Christmas is well over. Time to take your festive decorations down.

These Stairs to Nowhere may not be as pointless as the bridges. I am guessing that they are escape routes for renters in the upstairs apartments, however, you would think they would have given them one more staircase to the get the ground safely.

Rolls

I made rolls today. I should post the recipe. They were one hour rolls and I'm not sure I was crazy about them. I don't think I cooked (baked?) them long enough. I had to let them rise a bit too long in the oven since I was running to get things done. I will try these again soon.

Week 1/52 - BIRDS

Since I am doing my third year of a photo challenge, this year on Flickr, I decided to try my own project on the side. I randomly chose 52 themes, put them in a list and will scratch them from the list as I choose them for the week. If there is a  Week#/52, its part of my little project.

Week 1/52 - Birds

This week I was inspired by a snowstorm. There were so many birds at the feeder and I spent some time at an open window and sitting outside to try to get these.  Birds seem to be REALLY difficult for me. They move so fast and I am challenged to get one in focus. These are not great but they are the best of the bunch.
